After photo alignment I get this strange result:

I took a series of images with my smartphone....and imported them into PS...this is what I get.  This is the second time this has happened.  When I import phantom 4 images it works fine though.

Hi,
you should try to calibrate your camera using Agisoft Lens.

Your smartphone has geotagged all images with the same coordinates. Select all camera in the reference pane and uncheck them. Then right click on the chunk and reset transformation.

I assume that the solution suggested by Tom was correct and issue was related to the coordinate information in EXIF.
