Photoscan freezes

Dear all,

Photoscan seems to freeze in my laptop, but it does not follow any pattern. I mean, it could happen with or without project, opening a window, selecting points by color, saving the project, scrolling... And when a window is open, the buttons do not work, but you can move that window. I hope I've made myself clear and you can help me My version is 1.3.2. And, as I told you, it does not happen everytime I use Photoscan...

Can you specify the OS version that you are using, graphic card and it's driver version?

Hello Daniajinn,

Some Windows 10 users report that Nahimic application ran simultaneously with PhotoScan is causing freezes. So if you have it installed I suggest to disable and close it.

Also please check that GeForce card is used as a primary OpenGL rendering device for PhotoScan (can be set in NVIDIA Control Panel).

Unfortunately, we were not able yet to reproduce the problematic behavior on our test configurations with Windows 10.
