In the past I have manually created (in GIS) 4 Band GeoTIFF files that contain RGB as usual plus a 4th channel that contained the corresponding DEM value per pixel.
Does anyone know if it is possible to export something like this direct from PhotoScan? If not, I'll add it to the feature request list....
