Thermal data in the orthomosaic pixels

Hello,

I´m working with thermal data in my RGB and IR camera,

I need to do an ortomosaic with thermal data but when I create the ortomosaic and export it as a TIFF file the values of temperatura that I have in each pixels disappear, the software is not capable to do show the termal information in any format?

I think the only way is create a ortomosaic with a colour ramp who represent the temperature values, but I think for work in a GIS software that is a big problem.

Anyone have any solution to that? Or I´m doing something bad?
