Roation of dense cloud

Hello,
anybody knows if it is possible to rotate a dense cloud on a certain axis with certain degrees? The rotate object button is not enlighted and i cant use it.
the problem is i was scanning a landscape with a drone. I was flying over a slope, but the resulting dense cloud resembles a more flat area. (the bottom and top of the slope are on one level)

If your cloud is referenced (see if an R is following the chunk's name), you wont be allowed to rotate. If you want to, then you should reset chunk transform, and then you will be allowed to rotate it.

Also check your navigation mode. Movement behavior is different between the Navigation and Object modes.
