Ortophotos + .tfw export

Hi all,
I am having some trouble with the Ortophotos export: I'd like to export the un-merged Orthophotos together with their world file (tfw) to apply some custom merging algorithm and produce a custom Orthomosaic.
The tfw files would help the custom algorithm in overlapping the single Orthophotos pixels together since it should contain enough information to derive every pixel absolute spatial position.

The problem is that while on x axis everything matches correctly, it appears to be some errors on the y axis.

Attached here you can find an example of orthomosaic with the y axis error and the 3d model orthographic view that shows axis.

Has anybody ever tried to do something similar?
What am I doing wrong?

I can provide data and math for the single pixels absolute position, just ask what you need...

Hello bigjoe,

If you are generating orthomosaic in non-geographic projection, then the World file (tfw) would be unusable, since the orthorectified images are not in geographic projection.
