Project does not open!

Dear support team,

when saving my project, I got a memory error.  Photoscan closed but as it seems continued saving data in the background for a wile.

Now, when I tried to open the project, I get a read error of the frame.zip file. (see attachment)

What can I do to save my project? I have already invested a lot of time in it and would get crazy if I would need to repeat the whole thing.

Hello Patribus,

Can you also provide chunk.zip from .files/0/ folder?

Also please specify, if all the folders mentioned below exist in .files/0/0/ directory:

chunk.zip too big to attach, where can I sent it to?

all other folders and respective files are present.

You can send the file to support@agisoft.com.

I'm currently checking doc.xml inside frame.zip - there are some broken lines, but yet there were easy to fix.

Hello Patribus,

Please check if fixed frame.zip now allows to open the project. I've tried to fix some corrupted lines in the doc.xml and hopefully it is fine now.

Dear Alexey,

thank you a lot, I'm able to open it again.

There seem to be some polygons missing, but well, that is something I can live with.

The frame.zip is somewhat smaller than the original, one, I suppose by getting rid of wrong lines?!

I will compare the xml files to learn what you did.

Once agian, thank you a lot for saving my work.

Hello Patribus,

Probably, different compression level, actually, I was adding some missing information rather than removing.

But comparing the changes in side-by-side view of the doc.xml files would give you clear idea of what has been wrong.
