about markers and coordinate

Hello,
if i use the coordinate from total station, but that is not enough for Photoscan. Can i just make some new markers on the object? Is that make the model better? Are those markers and measurement points in same coordinate system?

Yes, create as many markers as you want, they will behave as user tiepoints. They will not have source coordinates, but will have coordinate estimations in the same RS as the project.
