Real Time 3D Visualization?

I know web visualization of maps are scarce, and I don't like the quality of PDF.

Is there any offline software to show a detailed OBJ or other format in real time 3D?

Well, I did search and didn't find an easy solution, like an easy viewer.

If someone knows a good workflow for this (good 3D model viewer), I want to hear.
