Ortho not generated and is blank

So i have a set of images collected with a Phantom 3 and i can not get Agisoft pro 1.3.2 (64 bit) to produce the orthomosaic.

I have used this both Agisoft and other phantom images many times in the past but it is not working this time.

looks like it skips the process of you through each image.    any thoughts on why?

Can you please check if Bounding Box in the Model view contains the area of interest?

Yes the bounding box contains the area of interest in the model. 
i also just noticed that i can not rotate the tie point or dense point cloud
watching the bounding box move but the points are not.

I've just had a similar issue and solved considering this (from Agisoft tutorial):


"Coordinate system should be specified in accordance with the system used for the model referencing.
At the export stage it will be possible to project the results to a different geographical coordinate system."
