photo georeferencing
« on: September 04, 2017, 01:22:49 PM »
Good day,

Is there a way to not use georeferencing data in the photos?
The orientation of the initial sparse cloud created once aligning the photos is correct.
But once I load the coordinates of the markers, the orientation gets all messed up.

Any ideas?

Much appreciated,

Von

Hi von,

Go to the reference pane where all your geotagged photos are listed and simply uncheck them (there is a checkbox for every photo). This will ensure that the location information of the pictures is NOT used.

Alternatively, you could convert the georeferenced images to match the coordinate system of your markers/ground control points. This can also be done in the reference pane (there is a button/icon which says CONVERT when you hover over it with the mouse).

I hope that helps.

Regard,
SAV
