Mesh fail. Bug?

Has anyone ever seen a mesh generated like this before? The project is a typical aerial survey of a flat site, 80/80 overlap, 13 GCP's - all pretty standard. Align, and dense cloud generation all went as expected. Problems arose when generating mesh. I've attached images of the point cloud (which looks totally normal) and the resultant height field mesh generated from ground classified dense cloud points. I've tried the project in 1.3.4 and 1.40 beta with the same result.

Hello DaveCDS,

According to the screenshot the colored side of the bounding box (that is used to define the XY plane for the Height Field mesh model) is above the ground and not beneath as expected. I can suggest either to set it up manually using Rotate Region tool or use Reset Region option, providing that coordinate system is set us properly.
