Getting problem with generation of DEM

I need to generate DEM.
I am getting strange problem (no DEM) at some parts of the DEM.

Attached please see the screen shots.

See left of the image...with some dots and no DEM.

Is the chunk georeferenced? Maybe you can attach the report file generated from this project? Also please post the screenshot for the dense cloud of the corresponding area from the side view.
