I have problem to get good transformation to Gaus-Kruger from UTM, diferent are about 800m, height is in 2m

I have coordinates of point in UTM and GK7zone i need to get
PP   7502125.899   4989699.518   52.611   GK7
PP   501694.441   4988709.262   96.002   UTM34

Does the system that you are interested in, have any known definition, or it is a very particular system that is not widely used?

Probably you should try  MGI 1901 / Balkans zone 7 (EPSG::3909) system? It is convertible to WGS84 in PhotoScan.
