Transferring License to a Different Computer

Hi everyone,


Quick question today:

The lab I work in is looking to transfer the license for the professional version of Photoscan from one computer to another. Exactly how do we go about doing that? Do you just deactivate the license key on one computer and then activate the same license key on the other computer?

Hello Pete,

Yes, to transfer the node-locked license to another machine it is necessary to deactivate PhotoScan on the first computer using Help Menu -> Activate Product dialog and then use the same license key on the second machine.

The same key cannot be used for simultaneous activation on several computers.

It would be great to simplify this process. Especially when working on a mobile workstation with no Internet Connection it is a pain when my Agisoft is not activated in the field.... Please improve this
