Importing batimetic 3D model

With sonar we made a 3D model from a alake. Is there any way we could import the 3D model (KML or DEM TIF) & combine it with our Agisoft model?

Hello GrinGEO,
Currently the imported model (mesh in common formats or DEM in GeoTIFF elevation format) will substitute the existing active model in the chunk.

is there eventually any update in importing this kind of data? It would be great if we could modifiy the DEM with bathymetric informations.
