Author Topic: Unable to activate license of Agisoft Photoscan Pro on new computer  (Read 4340 times)

Hello,

currently I have gotten a new computer and deactivated the license Agisoft Photoscan pro on my old one, but can't seem to activate it on the new one.

The message I get is "Activation key is already in use.", even through it is deactived on my old computer and ceased to work as an actived license on it. I can reactivate it on my old computer, but not on the new computer.

Hope someone can help me with this, thank you in advance.

Hello Jorin,

Please contact support@agisoft.com and provide the following information regarding the license there:
- date of purchase,
- order number / reseller name (if applicable),
- registered e-mail address  / contact person,
- first section of the license key.
