Sun reflection in dense vegetation

I'm having marks on the mosaics going in the direction of flight especially in dense vegetation, be it soy, corn, rice and some even in exposed soil.
I tried use uv filters and some settings in texture mode and export, in some cases the RGB mosaic looks good but the NGB mosaic to generate ndvi having these spots in the direction of flight, compromises any diagnosis, usually flying near dawn and dusk this problem ends and amplifies in the midday and summer.
Please some help in one workflow os some setup.
