Problem with a face scan
« on: January 25, 2018, 12:07:39 PM »
Hello everyone,

I'm having some troubles for hours, since I'm trying to modelise my face.
I am using masks, the pictures are very good quality, but anyway, I have very strange results (like bubbles on my face.)
Even when I'm trying to check help on the web, I can't have better results like now ...  :(

Can anybody help me ?

Thank you in advance  :)

Hi Solid Snake,

For good 'face scanning' results you need a multi-camera setup/rig, where all cameras are triggered at the same time.

Small facial changes/movements when taking one picture after another of your face lead to 'inconsistent' reconstruction results.
