<300€ Good cameras for photogrammetry and footage

Hello.
So I'm a little confused.. I asked in a DSLR forum and the photogrammetry facebook group which camera suits the purpose of filming footage and doing good for Photogrammetry.

So for photogrammetry its important that you got a solid pod to place it on and a manual shutter to get as less artifacts as possible.

Someone recommended me a NX300.
Now for videos someone else recommended me a A5100 by sony, or a RX100...

now im a little confused what camera i actually need to fulfill both purposes for 300€ and get quality stuff.

The RX100 will be able to do the job, but you will have to use a tripod, a remote shutter and photograph in manuel mode, too.
