GCP Precision : difference between 1.2.6 vs 1.4 5650

Hello,

On my last project. Markers are bad précision ( > 10cm)
812 photos, 12 markers
On 1.4 : 0.119 cm of précision
On 1.2.6 : 0.012 cm of précision

Why this différence?

Coordinate systeme : 3949

I have not tested version 1.3.x

Align is mode Medium or high, and without Geotag on photo.
After insert Marker position, and optimisation, precision is very different between this 2 versions.

An idea?

Do you compare the results for alignment performed in the same accuracy? Also what are the settings in the Reference pane settings dialog?

I found...
On last version and not on beta. system and marker

system and marker was not in the same coordinate system

When i re-install last version it was not 5650 but 5076...

i dont understand why system coordinate was in 3945 and not in 3949

More test and comparaison tomorrow, but it's my fault...

finally, it's not good.
Project alignement with 1.2.6 and add marker is good after in 1.2.6 or 1.4
But Projet Alignement with 1.4  and add marker , so precision is more than 11cm
