Can I improve this model somehow? Worse output than MapsMadeEasy?

I created a model using all the default settings except changed number of tiles from 0 to 10.  I uploaded  the .obj .mtl and jpeg tiles.  The output was noticeable worse than MapsMadeEasy - see the structure behind the white car.  Wondering what most likely I should change in Photoscan to get a better output like MapsMadeEasy?

Top is Photoscan. (you need to scroll to right to see the structure I'm referrring to.)  This is how it looks in Photoscan too.
