Camera alignment

Hey!

I have a question about camera alignment. I noticed that with some of my objects, some cameras will not align correctly no matter what settings I use. However, if I select all the faulty cameras and click reset alignment, then choose to align them again, the cameras all align perfectly. If the cameras can be aligned correctly, why doesn't it work the first time you align them?

Hello ejr32123,

The alignment might be unstable due to different reasons. Here from the screenshot I would assume that very long focal length is used, so it may be one of the factors of the instability.

I am using a 100mm macro lens. The objects we are shooting are very small.
