Issues reconstructing 3D Scanning Electron Microscope Images
« on: February 07, 2018, 11:17:39 PM »
Hello,

I am new to this software, but I am having issues getting accurate camera alignment with my images. I took 18 pictures at a 20 degree tilt and 18 pictures at a 40 degree tilt around my object. I have used 9 markers to help the software identify my photos with little luck. I am able to get an okay view, but I feel it should be better with the high resolution I have from the pictures. Is there anyway I can map the camera angles out myself, or any tips to try to make this work better for me?

Thank you,
Kory

Perhaps Alexey can comment here.  I wonder if the lack of an optical system is making it difficult for the software to interpret the images.
