Multiple cameras of the same type, one camera calibration?
« on: March 08, 2018, 06:54:24 PM »
I am very interested in building a custom rig using multiple action cameras (Sony RX0). I will be firing the cameras at the same time, my question is how does Agisoft handle the different lens calibrations? Does Agisoft recognize the different cameras and compute a separate calibration parameter, or are cameras with the same lens all get combined?
thanks,

Hello GPC,

In the camera calibration dialog you can split the calibration groups or merge the photos to the same calibration group (providing that they are of the same resolution).

By default the camera calibration groups are formed according to the image resolution and focal length.
