Photoscan pro 1.34 crash and never been able to run again

Our photoscan pro crashes while running building mesh due to we have to force reboot the notebook as the display screw up. During reboot, windows 10 update itself. When we open the program again. It just crash and never been able to reopen the program. We did remove and reinstall the software and the symptom is the same. Here is the error message we got: Any help is really appreciated as we are in the middle of the project.

Hello Passakorn,

Have you already submitted the crash report?

I can suggest to install NVIDIA drivers for your graphic card from the official web-site (not via Windows update system) and check if it helps.

Hello again,

Looks like the issue is related to nviewH64.dll, so when re-installing the drivers use Clean Install option and do not install this component of NVIDIA drivers.
