Continual crashing on build dense cloud

Photoscan 1.4.4 on a custom built machine (Ryzen 7 1800x, 32g ram, 2x 1050ti GPU):

For a while I have had an occasional crash on the build dense cloud step. Now it seems to happen nearly constantly. I have enabled logging and it always happens at:
2018-12-12 14:17:58 filtering depth maps... .

In trying to find resolutions for this by searching the forum: I have ensured that my GPUs have the latest driver. I ran memtest86 with no errors. I have the latest version of pscan.

I cant get a dense cloud to build in this one current project on any resolution setting using an image set I have processed successfully. previously, on my laptop.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. The software usually quits quietly, with no error message, so it hasnt been possible to submit a report previously. The last time it failed, though, it did ask if I wanted to send a crash report. So I did and I included my email address and referenced my forum name "school".

Hello school,

Depth maps filtering stage is CPU only, most likely such crashes are related to memory issues. So you have already submitted the crash report from one of the latest crashes?

I gathered as much. And so I ran memtest86, but did not get any errors.

I did submit a report on the last crash which is the first time the crash reporter has popped up for me. I didnt have a thread to link to yet here, so I just included my forum name, "school", and my gmail address, as keywords.

Hello school,

Looking on the crash reports we assume that the issue could be related to a known bug related to Ryzen processor. Have you tried to check it with "killer Ryzen" script?

I am having the same issue on an intel chip. However sometimes it will even cause a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD).

PC build is...
Alienware Area 51 R5
Intel i9 7900X
64GB RAM
2x GTX 1080 8GB
Windows 10 Pro

Always crashes on High when building dense cloud. 75% of the time crashes on Medium. Occasionally crashes on Low. Seems to always crash with more than 250 photos no matter what setting and even crashes while attempting to Align Photos with large sets. Some of our photo sets are 800-100 photos. We purchased this PC to basically only run Agisoft and can't get anything done yet.

Running latest Windows 10 updates, Latest GPU drivers, and all chipset drivers have been updated.

I tried to attached the latest crash log file that happened a few minutes ago but it is too big to upload.

Please help!

Hello nlombardo896,

BSOD indicates that there are hardware or driver issues, have you checked if there's any address mentioned on it?

You can send the log to support@agisoft.com or share the link to the file put to some file sharing service.

I have just emailed the log file to the support email you provided. ticket 101783

the BSODs had the following stop codes...

IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA

Crashes only occur while running Photoscan

Have the same problem here, started to crash with a large photoset, do you think it will work with a smaller amount of photos?   :(

Hello Mr.Vain,

Are you observing the crashes in the latest PhotoScan version (1.4.4)? Also according to your log the application is running in ANGLE mode - do you have any issues using Quardo card as a primary rendering device?

I can recommend to install latest NVIDIA drivers for your graphic card and use it as primary device for OpenGL rendering (can be set in NVIDIA control panel):

Also please check the RAM modules using Memtest86 utility.

Also according to the log I see that working volume is set to 0x0x0 - is the bounding box properly positioned in this project?

I have the same Problem when "MSI Afterburner" is runnig! (GTX1080ti MSI Aero, Dual E5-2689v4, 256GB RAM)
When I end MSI Afterburner, filtering debth maps runs successfully with out any problem.
