I need help in setting up network processing in agisoft.

I have planned to use my local computer as server and 2 windows server AWS machines as nodes. Kindly help me with the commands and --root.

Set your PCs up with static IPs, enable network processing in Photoscan settings and read the manual regarding commands. It works as described.
