Apply a PNG mask file to the entire project document?

I'd like to apply the same mask to every frame from my camera (the distortion in the corners is extreme.) I've used the mask via the GUI, but it's time to automate.

Does anyone have a code snippet to load the mask from a png file and apply it to all frames in a project? I know it's trivial, but I'm not quite savvy enough to understand the API documentation.

I'm currently using 1.2.6.
