Hi guys, i am building a new pc to work with photoscan and want to know the optimal components for it.
At first i thought about an i7 8700, 32gb ddr4 3000mhz, gtx 1080ti.
Now i am thinking about the new ryzen 2700.
I was wondering if extra cores on ryzen will help or the higher single core speed on i7 will be better.
Also worth getting higher speed ram, or just more RAM regardless of speed is fine?
And for last, is it worth getting a 1080ti at all? Does the software uses both cpu and gpu at the same time?
