I tried copying some of the data down from the server to try locally, but even that was problematic, and the IT guy tracked it down to a faulty drive in the disk array, which has now been removed and hopefully things should be better now!

Hi everyone,

I just started using Agisoft PS to look at some area I mapped with a Micasense Rededge MS camera and have the same problem. All the steps go smoothly up-to making the orthophoto (error: cant read image xx).

The paths seem to be fine and the solutions presented here don't filter out any photos. Manually disabling every picture after every error using chunk.cameras[id].enabled = False does get me further in the process but is extremely time consuming.

- do you have an idea what other reasons produce this error message?

- is there a way to filter out all these pictures before running the whole process?

Thanks a lot,

Roland

Hello Roland,

Can you provide the full log from the Console pane related to the failed operation?

Also are there any errors, if you run Check Paths operation from the Photos pane context menu?

The issue can be also related to the orthorectified images created during the orthomosaic generation, so the index is not related to the source photo, but to the orthorectified image stored in the images.zip archive inside the project.files structure. Missing image could be caused by the insufficient free space on the corresponding drive.

Hi Alexey,

Thanks a lot for your quick response.  I have attached a full log from the console.
As the files are too big to save on my internal storage, I am running them from an external harddrive.
The  external HD still has over a TB of free diskspace, but local free space is limited  (<20 GB),
Thanks!

Hello rolver,

Can you please re-attach the log to send it to support@agisoft.com (in addition to the created ticket)?
