Ground Control Points
« on: May 23, 2018, 05:07:09 PM »
So i just noticed that in ArcGIS my ortho that i exported from photoscan appears to be off when compared to the ground control points?

everything is in the same coordinate system
the ortho was exported in that system

anyone run across this problem?

I have attached images of the ortho in Photoscan with ground control marker and
an image in ArcGIS with the same marker...

I've never seen that issue before. Could it be a units issue, are you working in a state that uses international feet by chance?

Hello davidsumner,

What happens, if you create a new marker without any projections and input to Source coordinates tab in the Reference pane the same coordinates as marker 5011 has? Do you see that new marker in the same location like in ArcGIS?

If so, then likely there are georeferencing issues in the project. Can you then provide the report file from the project?
