Can?t read the telemetry - XML Files

Hi Dimitry. I?ve been trying to read a ground control file for a project I am doing now and always give me this message: Can?t read the telemetry. I tried to create a xml file using the sample at the Help file to create the xml notepad, but without luck. I am new on this, so please help. I had some high precision GPS coordinates and I need to use it. I , but always give me this error.
What am I doing wrong?

Hello fpbv,

Please see the corrected file attached.

The latest PhotoScan version also supports manual input of ground control coordinates, so you can put some values and then export XML file to be used as a template.
