Missing large parts from orthomosaic

I use following pipeline Sparse point cloud -> Mesh -> Orthomosaic, sparse point cloud and mesh look good, but in orthomosaic I have several large pieces that are missing, what can cause such problem? what can be done to overcome this problem?

i think this can sometimes happen if you set the pixel resolution too high in the build orthomosaic dialog, so you could just 'try' doing it at a lower resolution to see if that is the problem, although it may not be a very satisfactory solution!

the other obvious thing to check would be that the bounding box didn't get adjusted accidentally after building the mesh.

Maybe show us if you can screenshot it and show us the picture...

Other than that I think you may have to fix your "red" box to resize to make sure they are outside the image you have
