Adding New Zealand Geoid 2016

Hi there,
Is there any chance to add NZVD2016 to the geoid db?
I can only find the (superseded) NZGeoid2009 on the Agisoft page, but our survey mark elevations have been updated to NZVD2016.

Do the TIFFs have a special format for Agisoft to recognize them? I've tried loading the Geoid Tiff from https://www.linz.govt.nz/data/geodetic-system/datums-projections-and-heights/vertical-datums/new-zealand-vertical-datum-2016-nzvd2016 into the Agisoft Geoid folder, but get the following error message at startup:
"Can't load geoid: C:/Program Files/Agisoft/PhotoScan Pro/geoids/new_zealand_quasigeoid_2016_raster.tif"
