Help for re-import DEM

Hi,

after creating a digital elevation model in PS, I performed some processing in ArcGIS enviroment and then I tring to reimport DEM in PS to create ortophotomosaic.

The problem is that the new DEM have the lower value incorret. I think for the incorrect nodata value.
In the past I fixed the problem. But unfortunatly I really do not remember how!

Someone can help me?
