I am just trying to set up a system that will process 1000 images at 4k. I'm reading the blogs here and haven't found all of the answers. I am thinking on using 08r2 on the R710. However I am not finding out how this is possible,. Has anyone used this setup as a desktop with success? Do I need another desktop to work with the server? i would like to just use the R710 as a stand alone. Will I have to upgrade the GPU and which one will work? I just took pictures of a gravel yard trying to stiich together 1000 photos on a Z440, after days it hasn't finished processing.
