Using Coded Target Markers as check points.

Hi, i am hoping to get some information for an underwater reef modelling project.

Is it possible to use coded targets as check points/tie point to check the strength of the network adjustment? The coded markers i have used in my job do not have coordinates, however i cannot check the box to use as control, i have purely used them to help assist with the aligning process.
I have used two scale bars, and used them both to scale the point cloud.
