Chunk based points selection

Hi,
any idea on how to automatically delete pictures not used in a splitted chunk? I've split a chunk (12000 pictures!!) into 4 chunks, and now I should delete pictures not contained in the chunk I'm working on. Any suggestion please? Thanks
