Hello,
I am trying to conduct a radiometric calibration on Parrot Sequoia imagery using the reflectance panel by Airinov and the sun sensor data. I've been through some of the older threads on this topic and have tried a variety of solutions to no avail.
My workflow:
- load photos including the three calibration photos, which are moved to a separate folder but panels don't seem to be automatically detected
- mask all three calibration photos so only the gray part of the panel is unmasked in each
- tools -> calibrate cameras -> bands -> make sure "normalize band sensitivity" is checked
- tools -> calibrate reflectance : the three calibration photos are listed but no information beside the image names in the "Panel" line. I manually input the reflectance values from the panel (divided by 100 rather than in % format) into the "Reflectance" line on the right.
- check "use reflectance panels" and "use sun sensor"
Any time I run this, on any of the Sequoia bands, the images all go white. Adjusting brightness does not reveal any information in the photos. If I check "use sun sensor" only, images all go black, no effect with changing brightness. Sometimes even if I cancel out of the Calibrate Reflectance dialog the images go white anyway.
I've tried doing this procedure both right at the beginning before aligning photos, and at the end before creating and exporting an orthomosaic. Nothing seems to work; I only ever get white imagery and an orthomosaic with only two values. The calibration itself once I click OK takes about 1 second, which doesn't seem right to me.
I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure this out. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
Lucy
