Chunk alignment with turntable setup

I'm having issues merging multiple chunks using masking with a turntable setup. I'm modeling root systems and a majority of the chunk lines up but there's issues at the edges of the model where there seems to be alignment issues. I've tried all different settings for aligning each individual chunk but I can't seem to get the chunks to line up perfectly. Could this perhaps be an issue with lens calibration of the camera?

I'm not fully versed in this subject and have tried camera optimizations but it hasn't seemed to have helped. Any help would be appreciated
